Your data is stored on secure Linode servers using PostgreSQL with encrypted connections. Passwords are hashed and access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. We retain signal and price data indefinitely for the purpose of historical analysis. Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in the operation of this platform:

Polygon.io— provides market data including stock prices and historical OHLCV data.
Anthropic Claude— powers AI-generated stock analysis. Only technical indicator data is sent to this service; no personal information is shared.
Mailtrap— handles email delivery for alert notifications.
Twilio— handles SMS delivery for alert notifications. Your phone number is shared with Twilio to deliver messages.
Stripe— processes payments when applicable. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

SMS & Email Communications

All email and SMS communications are opt-in only. You can configure your alert preferences at the /alerts settings page within the application. You may opt out at any time by disabling alerts in your settings. Message frequency depends on market activity but is typically limited to one message per trading day. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply for SMS alerts.

Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies for authentication purposes only. We do not use third-party tracking cookies and we do not use advertising trackers of any kind.
