By accessing or using Saxon Trading Signals (saxontradingsignals.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Saxon Trading Signals provides automated technical analysis signals (BUY/SELL/HOLD) for S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 stocks, AI-powered stock analysis, watchlists, historical signal data, and email/SMS alert notifications.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. Each individual is permitted only one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scraping or bulk data extraction against the service
• Redistribute signals, scores, or analysis without prior written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm or any proprietary methodology
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
• Share your account credentials with any third party

5. Subscription & Billing

A free tier is available with limited features. Pro subscriptions are available at the stated price and are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue through the end of your current billing period. Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days’ notice. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Saxon Enterprises, Inc.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, scores, analyses, and software provided through Saxon Trading Signals are the property of Saxon Enterprises, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on this content without prior written permission. API access, where available, grants a limited, non-transferable license to use data for personal or internal purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Saxon Enterprises, Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signals, scores, or analysis provided through the service. We are not responsible for trading decisions made based on our signals.

8. Not Financial Advice

All signals, scores, and analysis provided by Saxon Trading Signals are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Saxon Enterprises, Inc. is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Users should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saxon Enterprises, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to losses resulting from trading decisions. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. SMS/Email Terms

Alert notifications via SMS and email are opt-in only. Message frequency varies but is typically limited to one message per trading day. Standard messaging and data rates may apply for SMS alerts. Text STOP to opt out of SMS notifications at any time. Email notification preferences can be managed in your alert settings.

11. Termination

Saxon Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the service, or at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Jersey.

13. Changes to Terms

Saxon Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
